Business Bay Vape strictly adheres to age verification protocols in compliance with UAE laws and regulations:

• All customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase vaping products
• Age verification is required at the time of purchase and delivery
• We reserve the right to request valid government-issued ID for age verification
• Products will not be delivered if age cannot be verified
• Sale to minors is strictly prohibited and illegal

2. Ordering, Payment, and Pricing

2.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Failure to pass age verification

2.2 Pricing

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, once your order is confirmed, the price will be honored.

• Cash on Delivery (Dubai only)
• Bank transfer
• Credit/Debit cards (subject to availability)

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Dubai only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 8:00 PM.

3.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may apply depending on location and order value. Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain value at our discretion.

3.3 Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or failure to provide age verification, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

4.1 Return Policy

Due to the nature of vaping products and hygiene considerations, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions may be made for:

• Faulty or defective products
• Incorrect items delivered
• Damaged products during delivery

4.2 Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method. Store credit may be offered as an alternative.

4.3 Warranty

Most disposable vapes come with manufacturer's warranty against defects. Warranty claims must be made within the period specified by the manufacturer.

By purchasing our products, you agree to use them responsibly:

• Use products only as intended by the manufacturer
• Keep products away from children and pets
• Do not attempt to modify or repair devices
• Dispose of products properly according to local regulations
• Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
